Returns Policy Overview
At uschichub, we are committed to your satisfaction. We offer a 14-day return window (from the delivery date) for most unused, unworn items in their original condition. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Return Process
Step 1: Contact Support
Email us at support@uschichub.com with the following information:

  • Item(s) you wish to return

  • Reason for the return

  • If there are quality issues, please include clear photos for assessment.

Step 2: Follow Instructions
Once your return request is reviewed, you’ll receive an email with an approved return authorization and detailed shipping instructions (response time: within 24 hours).

Step 3: Refund Processing
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3-5 business days after:

  • Our warehouse receives the returned items

  • The items pass the quality inspection

Eligibility Criteria
Timing: Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
Condition: Items must be unused, undamaged, and include all original tags/packaging.
Gifts: Must be returned in pristine condition immediately.

Non-Returnable Items
❌ Lingerie, swimwear, and undergarments (for hygiene reasons)
❌ Used, altered, or damaged items
❌ Items returned without prior authorization
❌ Gifts that are lost, used, or incomplete (partial refunds may apply)

Non-Quality Related Returns
The following are not considered quality defects:

  • Minor imperfections (e.g., loose threads, raw edges)

  • Personal preferences (e.g., style, color, sizing*)

  • Differences due to monitor color variations

  • Wear and tear from use, washing, or improper care

  • Any disclosed defects at the time of purchase

*Sizing guidance is provided as a reference; please refer to our sizing chart for accurate measurements.

Important Notes

  • Non-Refundable Costs: Original shipping fees and any Shipping Guarantee costs are non-refundable.

  • Return Address: Do NOT ship items to the sender’s address on the package. The correct return address will only be provided after authorization.

  • Unauthorized Returns: Returns sent without prior approval will be rejected.

🔄 Exchange Policy
If you receive an item that is the wrong size, incorrect color, or has quality issues, you can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please contact our after-sales support team before returning any items to ensure the exchange process goes smoothly.
